What do you people have against Chris O’Dowd?

Oh, I went to your blog(s) and saw that you’re a children’s librarian. I married one of you, you’re good people. Carry on!

Nope, I totally get what you’re saying now. I also love getting immersed in those sprawling stories.

Hmm. How about Over the Garden Wall? Only a mini-series, but just wonderful.

Have you tried Gravity Falls?

Ditto. I am a lover of just about anything Bluth and traditional animation is my jam. I’m disappointed that this is going to be live action, but I’m happy it’s being made in any form.

I had a hard time getting into Clone Wars because the animation looked so janky in the beginning. But if you give it a solid chance, I think you’ll be happy. It ended up being my favorite of all the Star Wars properties and introduced my two absolute favorite characters in the whole universe. I firmly believe that it

I think the shows (well, not Resistance) are the best Star Wars properties since 1980.

It’s been a long time; what percentage of the game did Midgard take up? 30%? 20%?

Word.

I used to watch the hell out of this on Nick at Night.

This is my hope too.

Wait, is Darth Plagueis not canon? Who is this Tor Valum person? Hmm...

Came here to say this. WrestleFest was fantastic.

That series is fantastic.

I don’t think you’re entirely wrong about io9, but I still think it is good. It’s still my favorite geek site. Out of curiosity, what other sites do you frequent that cover the same field?

And man, I used to love Kotaku, but my employer blocked them a few years ago and I just don’t read them all that much anymore.

Agreed. I was very saw when Charlie Jane left.

It is, but I still love it. I will be sad when it eventually gets left out in the cold to die.

Splinter was good. Gawker was good. Deadspin was good, when it wasn’t sticking to sports.

What kids? Like, 10 year old kids? Definitely. 8 year old kids? Sure, maybe. 5 year old kids? No.
