Don't forget that you can get one hit titan kills by dropping your titan on top of another one. My record in the beta was 3 titans killed with one drop, they were sticking a little too close together.

Are you sure about that? I used the smoke screen almost exclusively in Beta to stop from getting rodeod. I never noticed my health dropping and that's with the tendency to just sit in my own cloud waiting for the kill notification.

I love the Burn Cards. I got some really crazy ones, though I never did get the other Titan types as other people had. Still though, getting a super powered anti-Titan weapon or cutting 2 minutes off your build time? Sign me up.
