I always wondered about that too. Especially around the whole Terry Schiavo controversy. If heaven is so great then why not just let it happen!?! But these are the same people who are prolife and for the death penalty so...

And please take Florida and Arizona with you.

No I didn't, I was just responding to an earlier posters assertion. Those are some compelling facts that totally put a different face on it. The fact that it was a college employee and that security left after seeing all that. Damn.

And it may have the effect of them beefing up their risk prevention! I wish her the best!

Okay first off: I AM NOT VICTIM BLAMING. I'm not arguing here she deserved to be raped. I'm talking about whether I think there's a case for negligence against the university and I'm not so sure there is.

I think the problem is a lot of parties aren't university sponsored and I don't know how a university can police off campus parties or even on campus illicit drinking. How could a university prevent some students from drugging others drinks? I agree 100% about all your points regarding their handling of crimes after

That's an oxymoron right there!

It's a mystery why the hell that staircase is there.

People went outside so not sure how many people in the RJR offices actually do this. I went to Wake Forest (also in Winston-Salem) for undergrad back when it was still technically okay to light up

Preach!

Me too. I used to check Jezebel and see like 4-5 stories I was super excited about reading and even more excited to read the lively debate in the comment section and now it's just meh. It's all click-bait, celebrity crap, and the political stuff isn't in depth or new but rather feels more like the US weekly politics

love love love me some throwing shade!

I've heard it used like you mention and it was short for "boo boo": growing up my next door neighbors memaw called her boo, short for little boo boo.

What I genuinely want to know more about is who the hell on Rick Scott's staff lost their job for this debacle? Seriously, who was like yeah this is where we should take a stand and keep our candidate from going out on the debate stage over some BS fan. This'll look great, one candidate literally standing alone on the
