The ones with big personality are my favorite. My 7 year old is the biggest clown and a total ham for attention and the baby horse seems to be following in his footsteps. Those types are so fun to be around, and I find the judges love them - they have so much presence in the ring!

Whoa, that story is SKETCHY. Are you say he’s not even a cop in your state? A cop from a neighboring state has no jurisdiction in yours and cannot pull you over. And I’m no legal expert but I have never heard of having to pay anything directly to a cop, to my knowledge that is not a thing.
