From SE’s point of view wouldn’t it have been better to just have him pay back the 12k in exchange for like a gag order? Avoiding bad publicity etc.

Maybe he should have been hoarding those overpriced SE collector’s editions instead. He could have at least doubled his gains that way.

There’s so much animosity in this thread... Can’t people just have fun building something cool? It’s a hobby and modding isn’t normally met with so much anger... why not just let people have some fun? :(

I worked at the store level for GameStop for over 10 years. I actually just left this past May 2017. I left GameStop for this exact reason. Every year they show less and less care and concern about their employees. I understand that being a publicly traded company GameStop has shareholders they have to keep…

I’ve never understood the need for nonessential shops like Gamestop and other similar retailers to be open on holidays.

I quit last September and it really is an awful place to work for. Not only are the numbers always going to be ridiculously high, but the customers continue to be very rude. Not to mention very sexist towards female workers(if i said anything they wouldn’t accept the answer unless it was repeated from a male…

This isn’t quite true. Unlocking framerate actually can affect loading and there’s actually mods for prominent games that toggle VSync and frames during load times. You transition faster from loading screen to the game itself and that time can add up.

Not useless if you consider the thousands of Cheap ds’s on ebay with broken upper screen or hinges.

Actually for a ds with broken hinges or screen it’s a revival, not to mention nostalgic.
