Given maintenance teams are supposed to visually inspect the track on coasters every day before giving the goahead to operate and the crack was visibly forming at least a week before it was caught, you've got to wonder what the Hell they were looking at during those track walks.
If they keep going to this park, it probably won’t even need to be for that long.
This article has an amazing typo that I am going to start using as an insult. “discocunt”
The cheaters were certainly a problem but it’s kind of a convenient excuse when the game had many more problems.
Oh, fuck off, Microsoft.
Gotten better i.e. release games that are primarily playable on an operating system that has 75% of the global market share.
Console exclusives exist all the way to the Dawn of consoles.
Pretty certain it’s been a thing since consoles existed. Hell it was a thing between individual PCs back in the day. It’s not new to the game industry at all. I’m not saying Sony’s beyond blame at all but I am saying that Microsoft is making a bad faith argument here while ignoring its own actions in the space. It’s…
60 FPS is a HUGE improvement over 30 or 45. 30 and 45 just feel BAD. 90 FPS is a decent improvement over 60 fps. It’s a luxury, but it’s nice. 120+fps is hardly noticeable though.
“The dominant player there [Sony] has defined market competition using exclusives, so that’s the world we live in. I have no love for that world.”
Really not much of a change over how it exists now. You can get the base game for like $5 on sale, not much difference with it being free and charging money for all the extra content.
I mean, it kinda makes sense with how The Sims has been monetized in the past. They’re gonna release the base game free and sell expansions. They basically did that with 4 eventually (As was stated).
People are probably gonna be annoyed by this, but frankly if they’re gonna push a bunch of expansions and…
Personally I want DLSS3 because I want frame generation.
And this is why:
Adding DLSS isn’t a major engine change. It’s a proprietary tech that works as a bolt-on plugin with all the “features” built in and non-adjustable by the end user.
This is easily one of the dumbest things I've ever read. You should be proud.
But you who own an Geforce (as well as the few who have an ARC) will also be able to use FSR just the same as if you had a Radeon.
I highly recommend Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden. Fantastic little turn based tactical shooter, it’s like Xcom or Gears Tactics but most of the cast is made up of gruff looking furries. I’ve played through this game three times, played the DLC too, it’s an awesome game, and quite pretty considering the budget.
Okay, my own two plugs:
