Possibly not really for kids. Cookie Monster and Elmo stuff is kinda the thing right now with those in the Gang culture. Elmo jackets and shirts are completely red and are worn by Blood gang members and others who's colors are red, same thing with Cookie Monster and blue.

Why do news outlets insist on calling this the "Playstation Phone"? Sony denied Sony Ericsson permission to brand this thing with Playstation in any way. That is why it's called the Xperia Play. I think it could lead to confusion as this will not be compatible with any Playstation or PSP content.

@Chaca: Thats a Samsung lock screen. I am not sure if it is available anywhere else but you could try searching around XDA for samsung lock screen or touch wiz lock screen.
