The main reason we get sprayed with OC is so that we know the effects in case it is taken and used against us or in case we are accidentally sprayed by another during a confrontation.

@beamin445: I bought a ton of c7 bulbs last year after Christmas. I love the old school look.

@Cochese 2.0: I feel you man. I have a Fascinate and we're waiting on Froyo too.

@Cochese 2.0: I don't see Gingerbread in the cards for the Ally. LG didn't even want to give it to the Optimus line and they are far more powerful devices.

@Chinedu Opara: How big is your garmin screen!? My "tiny" smart phone screen is 4 inches. Also, in many states you can't use your handset to make calls while driving.

@SKiTz: The main draw for the Nexus phone is vanilla Android and an almost instant upgrade to future OS versions for devs. The N1was only an unmatched piece of hardware for a blip. I imagine that cost is also a factor.

@SKiTz: Don't sleep on the Hummingbird Processor. It's quick on my Fascinate.

@NanorH: What status bar? I hide mine with LauncherPro. I can see on the lock screen and pull it down with a swipe gesture but it usually is hidden. How I love customization. Android ftw!

@mclark2112: thanks, typing too fast can make you look extra stupid very fast.

@Origamido: "... that doesn't share the biological 'else' currently living in planet Earth."

"The cat is out of the bag: NASA has discovered a completely new life form that doesn't share the biological building blocks of anything currently living in planet Earth. This changes everything."

I gotta say, considering you can download free ebooks from your local library and access multiple ebook formats I think the the nook will be a better option for many people over the kindle. Granted the kindle does have a few strengths over the nook it's crazy locked down.

Can you say vocal minority?

Did not know about Key Ring... downloaded and thanks!

@wild homes loves you but chooses darkness!: I see your point but the Nook is the perfect me and the wife. We'd rather have e-ink than LCD and also the Nook is able to get e-books from our public library, making it a better option over the kindle.
