I think you could technically go vegan pretty easily and cheaply - rice and beans. However, it's important to note that there's a difference between vegan and healthy vegan. Haha, I do a lot of CADD and that's the ONLY way you can really do it - a white background is SO harsh on the eyes. Granted in CADD there are a lot of font and line colors that aren't white, but... there are a lot that ARE.
