Did the Canadians take over Montana, too? Or did they just jump it to get to Wyoming?

Or as though you weren't in college to try to better your future situation. Being poor is a thing - it's not like if we ignore it that it just goes away...

I don't think that engineers are trained to deal with people who refuse to use the facilities. I mean, yes, we take classes that tell you how to filter the shit out of water, but that assumes that the person has shit in a toilet which is connected to a public sewer line (which we are also taught to design). If you

Yes, her. Exactly (I was being lazy by not googling - figured everyone would know who I meant, lol)

Yup, that's who I was thinking of.

So being funny so that people actually pay attention while still delivering every single bit of required safety information is a bad thing?

I can't think of specific examples, but I know there have been mug shots of hot women getting passed around the internet for all the bros to ogle at, so... no different at all, really, except I guess we vagina-bearers are supposed to be better than that or something?

Call the police. I guarantee there are laws governing how loud animals can be (and if they can be outside for long periods of time). I've done this in the past. It helped.

There's a bigger platform now than there was 20 years ago, definitely (what with the 24 hour news cycle, we have to find something to fill it, even if that something is "the airplane got abducted by alien spacecraft!" - looking at you CNN), but parents still have a lot of control, so I'm hoping that a lot are like me

This looks like an oversized adult diaper.

Why not manslaughter? I agree that neglectful parents should be punished, but the man's child died (via an accident, not a purposeful act, presumably)... that's a lot of punishment already.

In an ideal world...

Thank you! That's what I was wondering...

Nope, never told anyone (until now). It's my current understanding that a female should be in the room. It was a normal physical.

The word accidental implies that there is no culpability. That's precisely what my point is. The firearm was shot accidentally, but it was obtained through the reckless behavior of another person.

Right, but isn't the actual shooting part still accidental? Doesn't accidental mean something done without intent? The child had no intent, so the shooting was an accident. Obviously the adults are being reckless, but I'm referring specifically to the child. I guess my point is, had the headline read "Four-year-old

A friend of my husband had at one point obtained a patent for a child seat that would sound an alarm if you exited the car and the child seat still had weight in it. Why is that not a thing yet (regardless of if his patent is used or some other technology, it seems like this would be a relatively easy thing to do).

So if a four-year-old gets hold of a gun left within his reach and shoots it, did he shoot it recklessly or intentionally? Or was that an accident? Just curious.

It doesn't take a safety course to understand that leaving a loaded weapon within reach of a 4 year old is a bad idea, either, but people still seem to need to be reminded. I am definitely for gun safety classes as a requirement to purchase a firearm.

But, prosciutto? Mmmm... My favorite kind of ham.
