I’m going to regret giving this away, but... note I never pick up in the drive unless I know the person is standing there waiting... If not waiting I sit in the cell phone lot or if someone will need help with bags, I’ll park in short term.

This one seemed to have the stabilizer but it didn’t move out. Maybe it can if needed. Look at the rear corner of the truck when the loading is complete.
Last I checked there was no asterisk for “unless you’re illegally parked” on the fourth amendment. Please show me the due process involved with arbitrarily confiscating a vehicle and holding it ransom.
Don’t listen to the rest of these guys. They actually use something called a “hover pit” for extended hover testing. This has the grate as you describe. In reality it isn’t really needed for ship operations as they have already adapted the decks to handle the heat of vertical landings. On land vertical landings will…
Not competent to stand trial doesn’t mean not competent to be President. We have a long history to prove there is no specific standard for that.
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
Pretty much, yes. The idea being that over a long period of time, the insurance premiums would cost more than the amount of money they would have to pay out in claims.
What they actually have is soverign immunity which is typically waived up to whatever the max on their insurance is (~200K). Often times they are self insured.
The alarm clock he dismantled and reassembled in a briefcase is irrelevant to possible admission to MIT. It could go either way depending on other factors.
Government agencies enjoy soverign immunity which is only waived up to something like $200K depending on the location.
Hopefully we took the ~$150M paid to the former hostages out of Iran’s accounts first.
It is possible that the older guy was simply a nutcase and this went from 0 to 60 in 2.3 seconds. However, I doubt it. One story lists the kid as 14, and goes on to state:
You assume that was the first and not the tenth time he asked.
It is possible, even even frequent depending on the department, to go a whole shift without getting any breaks and only taking 2 or 3 minutes at a time to urinate on the way to a slightly less urgent call. If that happens then the same consequences apply. It doesn’t even have to be a whole shift. It could be quiet…
JFC, I would NOT want to work where you work. I have never worked someplace like that. I hope you find a better situation.
if appointments ran long or patients showed up late or walk-ins were put on their schedule, they pretty much had to skip their breaks.
And how do you account for that? They can’t guarantee that when she is on the street she will have time. If this is really that urgent of a problem, which I believe it is, then the best solution for everyone is to put her on desk duty where she can take a break at her leisure without compromising coverage or causing…
This isn’t really isn’t about the normal case, since they aren’t threatening to fire her. This is about whether she can stay on the street or has to take a desk job.
Please, that doesn’t take anywhere near 20-30 minutes.
He really came to a custody hearing wearing a 420 shirt? No wonder the kids were removed. Not so much having this around the kids, but his severe lack of judgment.
