Ok. You reeled me in. Now I see through your rediculous position that you are trolling. You got me.

I’m not saying that eminent domain shouldn’t apply. It should. But part of that is paying a fair price for the property (as per the law). I think this is going as it should, through the courts, and hopefully an impartial Judge or Jury will weigh the case and the arguments and decide on a fair price.
You mean we should just let them keep the land and have unfettered access to said land? Absolutely, I’m with you.
Or, we could do the right thing. You want to base it on the current state without regard to how it got there? Fine, then lets have the government pay a separate settlement for the impacts to the operation and condition of the property directly due to government operations. I’m fine with that too.
I hear you but they are entitled to compensation based on the loss in value due to their neighbors activities, including restricting access and spreading fallout on the land. If my neighbor has a right-of-way across my property for access to their land, I can’t just block it off except for alternate Tuesdays and say…
The value could easily be set for the property were there no restrictions on access and operating hours. That is the proper context in this case, since that is the way it was before their neighbors started engaging in activities that interfered with the use of the property.
What I read from the article is that they are willing to be moved, they are not willing to be screwed on the price. Now this will go through the courts and have a judge or jury decide on the price based, hopefully, on the facts of the case, not sentiment of the family, and not expedience of the government. Ideally the…
...parents, teachers, and administrators at a Colorado high school in Cañon City have been left in shock by the revelation that hundreds of naked pictures had been traded by students like Pokemon trading cards under their noses and without their knowledge.
I find it ironic that the same site that published this story can’t stop gushing about the real housewives of someplace and some family of women who are famous for nothing.
I wonder what the trailing separation due to wake turbulance would be for a jet man following an A380

IAI just released something about such a system, but it cannot be used legally used in the US yet. It uses a combination of RADAR and IR tracking along with high power directional RF for jamming and possibly disrupting flight controls.
There is a very easy way to resolve this. Get out of the labeling game altogether. Any bathroom can be used by anyone, same with locker rooms. If that means you put in place more features for individual privacy, so much the better.
I don’t believe that is correct. He is not using it to say “Look, I make movies in Hollywood” or “My house that is for sale has a nice view of the sign.” He is talking about the thing itself. The point being that his use neither causes confusion nor dilutes the trademark, it is factually accurate, and there is no…
Tex Johnston likes the cut of this guy’s jib. Well he would were he still alive.
If you had something recognizable and unique on your house, yes you could theoretically trade mark it. And you could sue Google. You would not win. Just like how every company with a building and a sign on the front doesn’t sue Google.
So your issues are that you have a bad ISP that caps your data? I don’t see how that’s an issue with Windows 10
Nice, you could have just left a technical explanation of your perspective, but you had to go out of your way to be insulting. You must be very proud of yourself.
I thought the consumer version was going to force patches when it decided to, the user be damned, and for my mother, that’s great. But now I have to trick the computer into thinking I have limited data so it won’t automatically patch on its own schedule and then I have to dig through settings to shut down all the…
