Oh, this is Jalopnik you’re on. They decided a long time ago they don’t like Musk or even Tesla (although they claim to like Tesla, their reporting clearly shows otherwise). There’s a lot of biased coverage out there when it comes to Musk but few outlets are as bad as Jalopnik.

I’m a huge Tesla fan but I agree if you can’t actually order the $35k model then it isn’t a real thing. 

Having owned a model 3 for a few months now I can say, better, without reservation.  It’s hard to explain but you couldn’t pay me to go back. 

I don’t know, I actually like it like this. The problem with it being mounted in the dash is you have nothing to stabilize your hand if you’re trying to press buttons. With the edge I can hold onto something while manipulating buttons.
