Kingdom Come has fast travel, though your character actually covers the ground instead of teleporting. Chances are very high that they will add quicksave/load soon. Also they have magical trunks that are accessible from any of your lodgings.

There’s plenty of people that play Iron Man style modes when available, so there’s plenty of people that find that fun. I don’t agree and I’m going to be hunting down the mod that enables saving personally.

Potential for injury is high, but most directors don’t want to break their stuntpeople much more than they want to break the talent, so they they make sure the stunts are done right and usually no one gets hurt.
