Ok—I just posted this as an answer to another comment, but to get it out front—Casey Wilson's dad is the Republican strategist. To quote 'wikipedia' (sad I know!)

I do think the link is there between mood disorders and creativity—but that should not make mania or depression a desirable thing, something to be cultivated to produce Art. I came from a dysfunctional family and definitely have organically originated mood swings, I have addressed both with talk therapy and long years…
