I tried the automatic when I was shopping for my CX5, its not bad, but I prefer the fun of a manual. I’m still upset that I cannot have the 2.5 AND manual in the CX5, because that would negate my need to upgrade to anything else.

I hate that they are throwing the CVT on everything they produce now, you’re right, even the Auto was better.

I’ll hold on to my CX5 until I can get a Mazda6 wagon... if that never happens I’ll take a regular Mazda6 sedan as a consolation prize. Can I get a Mazda6 with the 2.5L Skyactiv AND manual though? That would be fun!
