I actually aspire to find one of these with a dead battery/drivetrain or salvage title and swap in a k20. So much potential...

Came here to vote for Mazda3 with its big freakin grin. Fun car to drive too, as far as economy cars anyway. I'll be happy when they restyle it with Kodo design to tone down the :-D face

Came here to argue, but watched the video again, you're right.
For anyone who wants to follow along on a track map, here you go:

True, he seemed to really enjoy "the challenge" haha.

You had traction control in the Xb??? what year was it? My 2003 Matrix didn't have that, but it took Willow Springs fairly well too. I tell ya people don't give the boxy crossovers the respect they deserve...

I have to agree with you on the CT200h. I was shopping around for a replacement for my Toyota Matrix and the CT200h was high on my list until I realized that the running gear was from a Prius. Not wanting to conform to the Beige Apocalypse, I switched to Mazda.

Now thats a cool idea!

winner.

Now playing

I had a 2003 base trim Matrix with 5spd manual (1zzfe turd of an engine really). I feel the despair growing within me :-(

Seconded.

Such is life: nobody gets out alive in the end.
I'm just saying, I'd probably choose to go down with the ship errr Car I mean.

How much power?

I once knew a girl whose mother was caught in a flash flood in her Rav4. The poor woman thought to ditch her car and be safer on her own and sadly perished as a result. My point is this: you might actually be safer in the vehicle in case of a freak act of nature. This guy surviving the tornado is a good example.

+1 for calling this segment "OVERDRIVE" or some version thereof.

OMG so much awesome sauce I think I just burnt my tongue :-p

I agree, but I can see the benefits of the same "design language" being used in models across a company's lineup to add uniformity (and beauty if the design language is successful). For example, I like the way the Kodo design upgraded the Mazda6 after its introduction on the CX5. I tell you if they had that Mazda6
