A novel written by committee.... well, it works for all of the best screenplays, right?

Clever self-promotion, but I don't see how this "potentially enhances [my vision] further", unless she's going to be taking notes from observers. Does having gawkers on the street make a filmmaker change his shot?

For sure, but sometimes it's handy to just fire off a video from your device (ie if you're browsing and stumble upon a YouTube video that you want to take a quick look at).

Good for you. I like being able to use my device while playing YouTube videos on my TV, so AirPlay suits me just fine.

I feel your pain. I'll just roll back to using the mobile website on my devices... it beats using the 'old' YouTube app (and the new one, apparently!) and allows for full AirPlay to the ATV.

Yes! Lot it IS marbles. Couldn't agree more.

The original YouTube app had full-featured AirPlay. Removing any key feature is a major fail in my book.

Audio only :(

MAJOR FAIL: AirPlay does not transmit video from this app. Audio only. Back to using the mobile website, I guess.

FYI: if you use 2-step security on your Google account, you'll need to log in with your account password and a verification code (as opposed to an application-specific password).

My ass is not fat; it's big-boned and has a great personality.

It's true! I'm sure Apple will *totally* get it up to speed in the 2 weeks before iOS 6 devices start to ship though. That's plenty of time, right?

Here's a great Tweet from @aaronash that demonstrates iOS 6 users are in for:

But... won't this be hard to carry in my canvas messenger bag while riding my fixed-gear bicycle to the organic fair-trade coffee co-op?

You bought a TV. On that TV, you can watch a movie on a DVD without commercials; just pay for the DVD. Or, you can watch it on broadcast TV for no extra charge, with commercials.

Unbelievably, in the Toronto area (home of IMAX), only ONE theatre is showing this. And even that is LieMAX.

Stick with streaming for now... hold out for the inevitable Blu-ray release.

Whoosh.

apple sell out is what?
