We bought our '15 Odyssey with the plan (or the necessity!) to keep it at least a decade, maybe 15 years on the outside. Our current VWs are 14 and 17 years old, so we figured it would be a no-brainer for a Honda.

Not the fastest, Nor most expensive, But the Prettiest.

What the fuck are wrong with catalytic convertors? Catalytic converters are modern miracles. They DRAMATICALLY reduce the harmful emissions from vehicles (by a huge amount...we're not talking a little thing here...a lot of people underestimate what they do), and do so in a way that is extremely power and fuel

The US should actually mandate amber turn signals. The center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) that popped up in 1986 is great, and is now too ingrained to eliminate, but the problem it was trying to solve could have been solved with amber signals.

I have been advocating this for years. If Toyota put the Prius system in a small van like the Transit Connect they would sell a billion of them. As long as they didn't price them ridiculously like the Prius V. Ford has the existing parts and van, why do they not do this? I don't get it.

I was surprised that there was an actual serious answer. At least it got #2 rather than #9 or 10.

Pretty much one of the only answers that hints at what will actually be used.

Are you implying these cars are similar? Short of both being wagons and red, they have nothing in common.

In an interview with The Detroit News Tuesday, Wilson said he thinks GM is holding on to way too much cash. He said that even with an $8 billion buyback, GM should still have $20 billion on hand by next year. He said the hedge funds are “prepared to take our case to where we need to,” but said it isn’t clear if GM

Simple. It was a week ago.

The actor playing George Washington in that commercial is a friend of mine. He drives a small car with a small engine.

The entirety of a Miata. Best used as an answer to all things.

Dunno about individual parts, but my entire car

I still don't totally understand that question. I do, but then I don't.

Jay says:

But with with 24"s.

Agreed. This car is so weird. When I wash it, it could totally be fine pulling up to a country club in the wealthiest area in America. Just some old money guy who bought it new and can't be bothered to get another one. When it's dirty and broken, it looks like the kind of thing you'd find at a buy-here-pay-here lot in

Searching for SAABs on Craiglist is especially terrible for this reason.

You get way more listings for BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, with these meta tags than you do actual SAAB ads, it's s0 shitty.

Yeah, they're trying to have their ad show up in a search that's unrelated. The word "NOT" prefacing every other make of car that's vaguely in the same category is right out of the Douchebag's Guide To Selling Your Car Online.
