Sure, but in some places, merely existing in nature is enough to start you down the path to less-than-alive-dom.
Alaska is pretty easy to get killed in if you go in with certain personal attributes.
Also - the defensive team should be rewarded for executing successful defensive play, including pushing up enough to trap an attacker offside. That is an incredibly important part of the game.

Being genuine here - what is complex? I’m 16 races in, and the BS rules are actually pretty clear to me.
