Well this isn’t gonna help me get a graphics card at msrp
Everyone on this site: “I want a fast, stylish-but-not-overstyled, 300-400hp car with RWD, a manual transmission, and relatively analog underpinnings. I also want it for cheap.”
Well, the Polestar 2 is a close competitor (less range/efficiency, but prettier and much better interior). And then there’s the new BMW i4, which is basically an electric 4-series Gran Coupe.
They are announcing this tomorrow: https://www.bmwusa.com/concept-vehicles/concept-i4.html
I genuinely don't understand why half a dozen manufacturers haven't got together to make a better-than-Supercharger network. We all know that's the Tesla secret sauce, why don't they? Especially in Europe, where Superchargers are more patchy.
I’m insanely biased, but I’d take the shorter range German options based on their VASTLY superior interiors over a Tesla any day. But that’s just me and I know a lot of folks feel differently.
Exactly. Upgrade things to make safer/more reliable, and keep the originals to go back to stock if the next owner wants it. I put seatbelts, radial tires, electronic ignition, and an alternator in my 60 Impala so I can drive it reliably and a bit more safely but it can all be put back to stock.

As the owner of a 220,000 mile Series 100 Land Cruiser, which I purchased knowing it had a leaky steering rack, a word of advice. When I bought mine about 8 months ago, I knew the rack was leaking, but it wasn’t leaking BAD. I made the mistake of using it for a couple of months before addressing it, and by them it was…
Even more important than police reform — ELECTIONS. Want to still have a democracy in 5 years?
Because of the makeup of the senate, the centrist Democrats are extremely powerful and they know it. Literally any single one of them can derail pretty much any progressive legislation. You may not like Joe Manchin, but if you piss him off then it is entirely possible that literally zero progressive legislation will…
Stop reminding people this truck exists, they’re expensive enough as it is.
There are 11 trim levels of the current Grand Cherokee and 9 of the current Cherokee.
They really need to make a Rogue Eau Rouge.
