That is true, but you were mentioning the LSD’s, so I was just pointing out that the M2's are getting into the price range of a new base level 2-series.

Speaking of LSD’s, M2's are starting to drop down into the mid to low $40's, for not high mileage examples.

I had a 2014 228i, and I still think about picking up another one. Fantastic handling, great acceleration, and amazing driving position and visibility. You can pick up used 2-series for pretty cheap these days too.

It will probably look much, much better in places that don’t require a front license plate.

I’m not a fan of level 2 autonomous systems at all either. They give people a false sense of security, because they work fairly well in most conditions.

If I’m not mistaken, the reasoning is that the system could see something like a plastic bag or cardboard box, and wouldn’t know if it’s dangerous or not. Coming to a stop at highway speeds would be much more dangerous.

Oh great, I can look forward to my income taxes going up, but at least we may get an education lottery finally!

Intersting that it’s being done in Alabama. The Merc makes since with the GLS plant in Vance, but I was unaware of anything BMW in the state - figured it would be done in Spartanburg at the very least.

Wonder how many tires these have already been through?

There was a recall on the balance shaft. If that has been done, it’s not an issue. If it hasn’t, just don’t wash the engine bay.

I just got a car with wireless Apple Carplay and wow is it life changing.

I hope not too. I’m very interested to see what the final product is. I think the i-lines issue so far has been half-assing the electric part.

I don’t think the i4 is dead, yet. There’s been a lot of press about it, and the concept was supposed to be on display at Geneva this year.

I think you’re right too.

Definitely an improved overall look over the outgoing model, but I just can’t get onboard with these BMW headlights that connect to the grill.

I’ve heard some questions about how a Starship would even land on the moon. It’s such a massive ship, it would take a massive amount of thrust to land it on the moon, which would seriously disturb the landing surface and possible dig a hole in the surface. The moon has a very loose surface, it’s not just hard and

As someone who worked on the SLS, it has been such a boondogle because everyone in the country wanted some pork. They proposed it to be cheap solution because it would be using heritage hardware from the Space Shuttle. That was a massive and costly mistake. One of the many problems is that the SLS is a much larger

So theoretically, how do you bend space? The only way I know of is through immense mass (i.e. black holes). It’s an interesting theory, but one I’m not sure how it could ever be put into practice.

The only possible way, within the realm of known physics, for a living being of any significant mass to travel from another solar system to ours within any reasonable amount of time would have to be through worm hole travel.
