but in practice it’s annoying as fuck. Borderlands did Destiny before Bungie did Destiny and Borderlands did it better.

That is, in fact, what the primary criticism is all about in this case. I haven’t seen anyone say that throttling XP at all makes no sense but simply that Bungie was hiding that they were doing it and effectively rigging their system.
and yet you say this to someone else..............
again they were throttling XP gain without telling anybody.
Can’t disagree
on fire.
I played through the Beta on multiple consoles. I haven’t bought either Destiny game and I really don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. there’s barely any story, the gameplay is pretty standard FPS fare aside from the really stupid raid bosses that require your whole party to solve puzzles while getting shot…
I’m the same way. so many people left Bungie after Reach that I just didn’t care what they did next.
them throttling the XP gain really isn’t the problem though. it was that they were doing that without telling people.
you also have to remember that most of the people working at Bungie during their Halo days jumped ship either just before or just after Microsoft got rid of them. some went to 343 and some went to other studios. alot of the people that made the Halo games great aren’t even at Bungie anymore.
well he’s a Tanuki with big balls. what do you expect?
don’t worry, I never will. ^_^
I think you’re confusing production with post-production. a movie is produced (the process of ‘making the movie’) when it’s filmed. post-production is when the movie is edited into a finished product.
there’s nazi everything, you can’t blame the furry fandom for that.
To be fair, everyone in that shot is Asian except for Goku, who is an alien, so he could be any ethnicity.
the movie was filmed in Italy.
I think they should have been furries. ^_^
So, they chose convenience and appealing to the core audience. Same for Ghost in the Shell.
