In the UK patients still pay a fill fee. In Canada prescription drugs are not covered by most provincial health unless you’re young, old, or disabled such that you qualify for coverage.

Cuddling totally works! It’s also one of my going-to-sleep hacks. Although I hate sleeping while cuddling, a quick snuggle before bedtime is super relaxing.
