You’re right, but these aren’t average schmucks on the bikes. They are both great riders with Ari having set multiple track records. They’re about as close as you’ll get to pros.

Confirmation: it was using Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, or better. It is clearly visible in the video that the tires are of the ‘Cup’ range, so at least Cup 2 tires.

Yeah, pretty much. I don’t need a 4K Switch, that’s a bit much. But one that can get all current games to run at 1080p 60fps? With possibly better textures? Yes please. Get up to at least base PS4 quality 

BotW is such a gorgeous game, but it irks me that Grade A, Prime Nintendo IP still lags and gets choppy on its own hardware. A speed and RAM boost is all I’m asking. If it played games ROCK SOLID at 1080 or even 1440, then I’d be happy with it.

Yup...helps to pick between brands when there’s really not a heck of a lot of differentiation at that price point.  The “coin flip” would always go to whatever brand supports racing (or I like their driver/team better)
