I’m just stating what the guy actually said his reasoning was. Also it wasn’t only Asians killed, although this article seems to have left that fact out whether intentionally or not.

First let me state that I had no idea hate crimes against Asians were on the rise (probably because my brain still has trouble fathoming the depths of stupidity of certain members of our population that would drive them to blame Asians for Covid-19), and that is terrible.
I would pay a lot of money for a Twisted Metal 2 Remaster
I’m genuinely curious about Apple’s business plan for all of this. First, I assume they plan to design the car themselves, which they have absolutely no idea how to do (especially taking into account the manufacturing process). It has taken Tesla, what, 15 years to get somewhat competent at it? And Apple wants to dump…
Yes, they are. A very small one, but they are a manufacturer. They certainly don’t have the budget of the big boys like Toyota or GM, but that doesn’t mean they’re not a manufacturer.
You’ve never been to a Five Guys, have you?
Uhh, no? I specifically held off on GoT because I suspected it would play better on PS5, and I was right. I was frankly tired of the PS4 Pro as games were already being limited on it, especially cross-platform. Most people buying PS5s now don’t want one as a trophy, they want one so they can play the games they want…
Or maybe people are enjoying playing games at full resolution at 60fps instead of 1080p 30fps of last-gen? I’ve also found myself spending way too much time staring at ray-traced reflections in my suit in Miles Morales. Ghost of Tsushima was spectacular at 60fps, I specifically held off on playing it for the PS5 and…
I have an H-gate and clutch on my driving setup, and I rarely use it. It’s a combination of the plastic-y feel of the shifter, the poor clutch behavior in GT Sport, and the fact that I drive a real manual every day that feels so much better.
Nobody has ever been able to fake the mechanical connection of a true manual transmission, so putting a fake one in an EV just sounds like a terrible idea. Like Nissan’s “fake gears” in their CVTs, or the completely dead electric power steering with artificial resistance that every car seems to have nowadays.
Race-baiting on an article about tinted tail lights? Ok.
Sorry that you’re so delicate that you can’t handle discussions or topics that challenge your opinion, or why you may own a shitty giant truck for no reason.
Haha, I never realized trucks/SUVs didn’t have to pay gas guzzler tax. That’s ridiculous, I agree, if it exists it should be applied across the board. There’s no distinction between cars and SUVs anymore anyway.
Maybe, but not likely, and if they did that wouldn’t really help quell the general public’s range concerns, would it?
I know it’s hard to tell given all of the fellating of the new administration going on, but I’m pretty sure (not 100%, mind you) that he was being sarcastic.
Full disclosure: This is a blog for people who are interested in paying taxes for a better society. If your idea of a good country is one with zero taxes, then please close this tab now, there’s nothing for you here.
Psst... that already exists. You pay it when you buy a new car. Now you could argue to increase it if you want, but you’re not treading new ground here.
That’s because currently most people who can afford an EV live in a house where they can install a charger. The point of adding public chargers is to encourage more people to adopt them, which means people who won’t have access to charging at their residence (think apartment dwellers), which is why having public…
But we’re talking about public charging stations here, which would mostly be used during the day like Superchargers.
