I have bad knees(one sets off metal detectors) and heel spurs... I’m walking 6.4miles 3days/wk in these $25 shoes. Just pure luck I found them, was a bit buzzed when I googled “heel spurs walking shoes” and this was tangentially linked. Figured, “fk it, it was cheap enough”... I now own 3 pairs
