Anyone want to take bets on how long it will take someone to crack the ECU on these and get some serious power out of the motors?
Bear mountian is a must if you want to check out the best roads outside the city.
Can I just say, fuck this car, and fuck porsche for diluting their brand just to sell more cars. I know these things pad the bank accounts so that they can build GT2's, but come on. I see enough panameras and cayennes with douchey business men and housewives behind the wheel juggling their cellphones.
The one exception is this lumberjack looking dude who drives a sweet w115 benz in my neighborhood.
Maybe it is because I live in Brooklyn, but I don't see hipsters driving 240s. I see more practical looking early 30 year olds cruising around in the bricks.
That gif is too great
Yes, please point me in their direction
For some, yes that is crazy. But others have been seriously cared for and run just as they did when new.
I'm assuming you have not seen this $30k stock e30 (non-M3)
While the HP increase has not been extreme, the last great Si (ek) only had 160hp, and was a blast to drive.
BMW drivers fall into 2 categories, enthusiasts or pricks.
I'm curious as to why they would electronically limit the speed to 217mph when the F1 could top 240.
wrong way to go. a built 3.2L I6 is as close to perfect as you can get with this car
Still unsure how someone in that business (without a TV show paying the bills) can bring in enough money to support two people, when they rarely make more than 1,000 pounds on a car that takes a few days to a week to get done
It was all downhill after the mtech 2 for the e30
Very interesting information, but I do think you have (at least) one of the numbers listed incorrectly. You have the bmw m20b27 (e30 eta motor) listed as 16mpg. I do not know the exact number, but I get ~24mpg out of my m20b25, and I know the eta gets considerably better milage.
I'm certainly not one for violence, but I think a sting operation is definitely in order. I would have no problem flinging his dogs refuse right back at him, with a gloved hand of course. You would probably need to find a new parking space, but I'm sure that will make him think twice before putting doo doo on the…

I had WRX badges on my plymouth acclaim when I was in highscool. Couldn't afford the subaru, but thought the badges were a nice, harmless joke.
