Do all US gyms just have open showers like in the movies? Every gym here has separate stalls for each shower so you shower alone, just like at home.

They didn’t use actual Ferrari’s - one was at Universal 20 years ago when I was visiting, and it was a tube chassis with Ferrari bodywork. No doubt they had a hero car for close ups but most shots were just the stand-in cars.
