I mean, it’s a hollow insult at this point, but if you wanted to illustrate “delicate special snowflakes”, who feel “victimized and triggered” by the existence of people who are completely ignoring them, and desperately want to create a “safe space” for themselves, I don’t think you could come up with a better example

He caused this with steel tariffs, they priced out small cars. As it was, demanded volume barely let these cars make a profit, the tariff ate any of that profit up.

And you're the only comment too! I was going to write the same thing. These damn road diets. Special huge lanes with protective curbs for bicyclists then huge bus stops and tiny lanes for cars. Cars which there are a TON of get the smallest lanes, congesting traffic! They keep trying to do this in Los Angeles county,

If this guy was in San Francisco, the city would have sold his car off at auction and spent the proceeds on handouts for bums. Then the city would fine the owner for the cost of towing, storage, and disposal.

Also no US municipality would be able to get a car marked as abandoned and crushed inside of three days.

It’s his own fault. If he lived in the US, he wouldn’t have had health insurance so he couldn’t have had surgery. Problem solved.
