Watched it on my lunch break. It is a fantastic and well reasoned video, that, despite being the loudest asshole speaking out against Afroduck on here, I completely agree with. Here is my summary.

Cliff's Notes for those that can't watch the video:
This may come as a shock, coming from one of the most vocal critics of Afroduck on this site, but I completely agree with this video.
Jetta TDI, with the 6 speed. I am quite happy with it, too!
You will have to forgive me, because I don't live in a cold climate, so I can't speak authoritatively on its performance in the snow, but are you saying that on slippery roads, there are no benefits? I would guess that it is working harder to keep you in control more than you realize.
I understand that argument - that it it is not cost justified to have on the car in the first place. But what I don't understand is people that complain about their car having it, not because of the incremental cost that it added to the purchase price, but that it somehow ruins their driving experience. Especially…
Ok, can someone explain the hate for traction control to me? I really don't understand it. Are we just saying it because we think it makes us sound more Jalop? Honestly, what good reason is there for not having traction control on your DD? I literally can not think of any benefit. How are you people driving on a…
Yeah. I swear my TDI litterally will tell me to shift at like 1300 rpm.
I really don't understand Europe's aversion to cup holders. Is it a cleanliness thing (no food or drink in the car) or do you just honestly not have any desire to drink anything while you are in a car? (or something else?) Do you really not bring a bottle of water with you on road trips? No coffee on your morning…
Fantastic COTD! I couldn't agree more with albo's sentiments. Then again my opinion is a bit suspect, seeing as I recently went out and willfully bought one of the cars that is most criticized for being decontented. I actually rather like the simplicity and lack of clutter in supposedly stripped down cars.
LOL. Good point!
DON'T YOU DARE PLAY WITH MY EMOTIONS LIKE THIS!
As much as I want to think that means VW will be bringing it here, and that it is not just VW being obnoxious cockteases, I have very little faith that is actually the case :(
Texas not free market you say? Sounds to me like the Texas auto dealers banded together and bought more politicians than Tesla fair and square. The market has spoken. Isn't that, like, the definition of free market?
