I would say it’s not like that example at all. That’s a cost savings issue for the school so they don’t have to cut the lock and then buy a new one anytime they have a valid/legal reason to search a locker.

It’s not that they want to look at the phone. They want to compel Apple to create a new operating system that removes one of the key security features of the phone. The government has no right to compel Apple (or any hardware maker) to do this.

They aren’t calling a locksmith. The closer analogy is that they’re calling the makers of the safe and telling them to start building the safes in a way that the government can access any of the manufacturer’s safes at any time in the future without having to call a locksmith.

Let’s not pretend that Cruz doesn’t know what he’s doing. He knows exactly what he’s doing.

This is pretty much exactly how I felt about the episode. The action and effects are still great but that’s about all that’s keeping me watching at this point. I think the writers don’t care at this point that the details consistently make little to no sense because they know people are going to keep watching anyway.

The reason to stick with the $30 plan vs. the $40 plan as I see it is that you can add more minutes if you hit 100 on the former, but you can’t add more LTE data if you hit 3GB on the latter.

I don’t think that’s correct. Unless I’m wrong, the whole point of Apple Pay/NFC payments is that your cc number is never sent to the merchant so there’s nothing to be stolen.

Agreed, this is exactly why it doesn’t make sense. Also, who benefits in that situation? Can you really have a conspiracy theory if no one benefits from the results? The league loses money, the bulls lose another trophy and Jordan loses a shot at another ring. Who would set this conspiracy in motion?

CNN, the news network where the standard of truth is “I saw somebody do a little bit” of something.

I don’t actually think it’s a conspiracy or that he’s a plant for either side. I think he wanted to sell a reality show about running for president but he underestimated the stupidity of his supporters and didn’t realize how vocal they would be. Once he started rising in the polls, his ego took over and now he’s at a

If anything I believe it’s the exact opposite. He’s a GOP plant to make other candidates look moderate via comparison, thus more electable.

Definitely going to test this when my plan resets. Seems like there’s even confusion among T-Mobile reps as to whether or not music freedom is included with the $30 UL plan.

I just checked their website and it confirms that Music Freedom is included with prepaid plans. Never trust the reps is my lesson here.

That’s interesting. I use the same plan and was told unlimited streaming does not apply. I’ve never gone over the 5GB allotment but I assumed that was just because I store most of my music on my phone.

No, prepaid plans are not part of the Simple Choice group of plans and do not get these benefits.

According to Abrams, Kylo Ren isn’t a Sith, so the rule of two doesn’t apply. Also, the other major villain (who is fully CG) hasn’t been shown yet, but it’s not Luke. I don’t think there’s some big secret pre se, just that they’ve decided to make sure the first on-screen appearance of Luke in 30 years is actually

It’s not the ewoks that hurt Jedi, it’s all of the Endor stuff (with the exception of the speeder bike chase). Jedi has an amazing first act (I agree that it’s not too long) and everything either in space or on the Death Star in the third act is amazing. It ranks a strong 3-out-of-six but, Empire aside, has the

I’m going to add my take to the 4 or 5 that are already online. It was a TERRIBLE outcome to what was either a legal or illegal slide, depending on your interpretation of the rules and where you think Utley started his slide, etc.... The larger point is that no MLB player should have his career threatened for the sake

Am I wrong or isn’t the Surface Pro a tablet while the Surface Book is a notebook? Surface Pro to iPad Pro and Surface Book to MacBook seems like the right comparison to me.
