Greg Grunberg is involved? Well if his good luck in the past is any indication, Halo may prove to be a success some day.

@adhiza: ok, sorry, my phrasinig was awful. Say 10 people buy the game, and OF THOSE 10, 5 people sell it back. Those 5 used copies are then picked up and played, but those have already been paid for to the publisher.

@SpiritThief: If 10 people buy the game, and 5 people sell their copies back to a store, and 5 people buy it used, that is still only 10 people using their servers. And the publisher got money from all 10 of those copies. It would take up the same server usage as if the copies were never sold back and the players

Pogs. Fable III Pogs.

@dtalon03: Development costs are a part of the budget. The majority of development costs are for manpower. Technology is often a one time cost, and lets not forget office related fees (power, servers, etc.) And then there are all the publisher sides of things: manufacturing, marketing, pr, those buildings, etc.

@SpiralGray: As many times as it takes until someone like you comes along. ;)

The last time I worked at a store which sold games it was pre-360/ps3. Every game we got in cost around $45, and we were making $5 on each game sold. I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same cost now for retailers, even though a lot of people are claiming their profit margin is lower. Are the people saying this (I

@Brett Benedict: It is saying retailers pay $45 for games, and make $15 profit for every sale.

@Stradigos: We reported him. And I hope to God those kind of reports can be taken seriously. Because that was something I have never experienced, or heard anyone else experience while playing. But it is a closed system so I have no way of knowing if anyone will take real action on such a thing.

Anyone else extremely disturbed by the number of tangents in the layout of the European release? It's egregious!!!

@Fyro: True. But she has also made friends by being in games with people who were nice and communicated well. Having everyone muted would have never allowed this to happen.

@Stradigos: Thick skin is one thing, but the moment she opens her mouth to tell a team-mate where an enemy is, and is called a "bitch", on NUMEROUS occasions, it gets a little overwhelming. Literally just because she is a woman and talks.

Because I pay this money I wish that more moderators were playing at any given time. Any time my wife tries to play she is instantly harassed, sometimes to the point of tears.

@jmulv81: Not suspicious; business!

Before I read the article, I was someone who didn't know what a hostess bar was and probably wouldn't miss the content (especially if I didn't know it existed to begin with). Now I want to contact Sega and share my disapproval.

@PapaBear434: I think this show is less of a "dumbed down for kids" and more of the writers and producers having fun making the show.

@MichaelPalin: I don't think the developers of GOW3 would have had so much voice work in so many languages if they didn't know they had the space. They could cut the amount of text, or compress it more, or other options.

@Inspector-Jones: Of course you are going to cry. Because apparently you have no sense of humor. Maybe if you tried laughing more and crying less you would like the show. ;)

@shouryuuken: Of course. Because logically a traditional media game being made by a talented developer is going to suck unless it's being made for download only. I mean, look at all the proof! ...

@Tyrunn: Indeed. Audio takes up such a huge chunk of space.
