@Hey_Blinkon: Pulled straight from your sentence "if they were going out drinking." Which is a factor in this kind of thing. IF i was PLANNING to go out drinking, yeah I either have a designated driver or drink very little so I can drive. My sister on the other hand was being picked up from work. She didn't know

@WhiteMage: I am sure not all of the family is happy with this, and surely no one is jumping for joy. But you don't know what they are going to do with that money, and when a loved one is killed by a crime or accident, no amount of incarceration will bring them back. But maybe this money is a large part of anything

@M.u.s.o.u.k.a: Did he get enough punishment? Is he going to think about this the rest of his life? Is he a changed man in his heart?

@Hey_Blinkon: You obviously have a cemented opinion on this. I can see it in each comment you make. I saw the same thing when this was reported previously. I get torn up inside every time I read the statement about the passenger being just as responsible, and I feel your view on this is grossly black and white.

@CitizenTian: I would say it to his face: 1 year is bullshit. When I lost my sister to vehicular manslaughter, the guy got 10 years [edit: and at times it doesn't feel it's enough. No matter of years would bring her back, but no matter of (claimed) regret on the guilty's part should earn a lighter sentence.]. If

Kojima-san doesn't have to make Metal Gear any more

@Inskipp: think halo. man cannons, elevators, warp pads, etc.

@stafax: why not compare it to tribes a bit? what other game then, if any, should they be using as a comparison? I think the only thing that would come close is trying to fire at someone while flying in a man-cannon in Halo.

@Ueziel: it only matters so far because it is the only thing you are used to so far. i know i am excited for coop, but love to hear about all other modes as well.

@crrash: NFS: High Stakes was the best IMO. It took everything which was good about NFS3, and improved upon it. Best cops and robbers racing I had ever played.

@tkavil3: Go back and play the first Dirt. There is actually another in car view where the camera is pulled closer. I am kind of disappointed it was pulled for Dirt 2.

@JAGJEET: I can't think of too many games it can be said about. Maybe street fighter.

im willing to bet money they were developing a GT/Forza competitor and an exec said "well we can't have this go out with a new IP, lets just put NFS on it." Oh business.

@WhiteMage: I can't say how identical the city is, no one can but the devs at this point, but I will say if they take a similar route that Volition did with Saints Row 2, using the same city but updating it significantly, I will like it.

Something I recently found out: All 3 versions of Forza have been released AFTER GT4.

@illiniphase4: But as you say in your response "...should be remembered in their context in history,..." and how does this context apply to this game? I would argue that the government not allowing the symbol to be taken lightly and put into a silly action game keeps it from being taken out of context.

What Michael Pachter isn't pointing out is that Xbox Live and PS Network a means of distributing games, but there are still retail products being sold for these consoles. Whereas the PSP go has no UMD slot. How can retailers make ANY money off of this? (Madcatz hardware?)
