I’m looking at those. How are they on tires? Do you have to be extra careful around bumps?

Cab driving has to be way up there... it’s got lousy pay, long hours and the constant risk of robbery and attack. I remember back in the mid 90s, New York City was averaging one cabbie murder a week.

The hybrid Pacifica is a fantastic vehicle, but I don’t believe you can get it with Stow ‘n Go seating because the batteries take up the underfloor space.

Nice car!

And you can get a new one with an diesel in his price range, which will be almost 50% more efficient than the Escalade Tom recommends.

I like the cut of your jib!

What is that? It looks vaguely Renault-ish.

Great-looking car!

How did you like your Fiat? I’m thinking of getting an Abarth with either the moonroof or the soft top.

Great selection. The ‘77 Mercury is new to me. I remember the sedans and coupes well, but not the station wagon.

The underside is stunning... there’s pictures on the site.

I’ve never seen a big Rebel. Great find!

What would it cost to swap in a manual on one of these automated clutch cars?

You and me both...

That low-mileage Electra seems like a screaming deal at $8750.

Great piece. Thank you for sharing this important, but forgotten, history.

What kind of tune? Who does it?

It seems wrong to subject such a pristine car to such heavy use, but DAMN that’s a nice ride.

Great purchase!
