I admire your optimism. SD to Anaheim is a brutal commute for a normal car. To for a Giulia to make it on a daily basis would take a miracle. I would first make sure that my AAA Premier was paid up. I would expect DeMuro level usages of their towing/rental car benefits. 

Just so you know, MPH also means Miles Per Hour of charge. IE, how many miles you gain in range per hour of charging.

120v is only really useful as an emergency measure. 120v only gives ~ 3MPH charging. IE, 10 hours of charging only results in ~30 miles of range. My daily driving takes about 2-3 hours @ ~25MPH. Yes. We have done this 3 times. The best way is to save up the amount of the tax credits then use that as your down. Then reimburse yourself from the credits. We saved up ~26K before buying our Model 3. 56K MSRP. We only had to finance ~35K (taxes and such) at 2.99% over 5 years at ~$600 per month.

When I come into power one of the first things I would do is allow bankruptcy to cover student loans as well. It is just insane for ANY debt to enjoy a protected status. Often, it is student loans that drive people to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is supposed to provide people with a fresh start.
