I’m just joking around, but knowing the way Tesla runs it’s business, delays are a standard.

Apparently the gap between the windshield and the glass roof is a source of noise. When the noise floor is very low, like in an electric car, other noises come to the fore. In my Ford Focus Electric most of the noise comes from the tyres.
