I was referencing a Top Gear challenge:

Does your area occasionally have wet leaves on the road?

The downside is that Golminean women are also bearded.

You totally lost the point... it wasn’t about the Bolt at all...

The work light is to illuminate the pile of clay next to the potters wheel for easy retrieval (officially).

Yes, but this works both ways, for good news and bad news. It isn’t a big deal if Chevy makes 5000 Bolts a week but you think there won’t be a big article if it’s Tesla hitting that number?

Actually, no. With proper rent-seeking the cost today for me is a net positive, and long-term my benefits explode.

I hope you now work for a company that has a better culture. One of my goals for my new company is to have a place of openness, honesty, and collaboration.

I don’t recall reading about this here:

I paid someone else. It was about 27K for a 5KW system and an upgraded 200 amp circuit panel installed with a 25 year warranty. Are you a licensed electrician? Are you a roofer? Be sure to get the permits and someone to sign-off on your work. IMHO, this is not a DIY job. One silly mistake could wipe out any savings,

My slug of a Ford Focus Electric (0-60 in 10 sec) is usually the first one down the road because I nail if off the line at every stoplight. No noise to alert the Revenue Enhancement Officers!

I’m on my 2nd Ford Focus Electric. I got the first one to test the waters and get into the carpool lane. If 3 things were different I would just buy one and keep it forever. The range has not decreased measurably in over 30K miles.

Having your own solar plant changes the game, but also changes the economics.

As someone who has been driving electric cars for 6 years allow me to retort.

How Tesla is valued higher than Ford is a mystery.

Imagine how many janky real jeeps our own David Tracy could buy with $80K.

I must have missed the article confirming delivery dates and sizes. I remember seeing rumours. I’m sorry.

I do. Americans generally like big things. Big houses, big food, big cars. Ford only sold 3,151 Fiestas last month. The Chevy Colorado is still a giant car. Almost 18 feet long (212 inches). I didn’t see an option for a shorter one on their site.
