I think part of it is that we never thought a repeal would pass back then, but that the same would continue to apply now. People thought the last try would be a no-go, and it was. I seriously wonder how the genetics of it works. My sister’s two kids had ridiculous amounts of hair since they were born and it never even fell out, so they’ve always had beautifully full heads of hair. My kid? Practically bald past two years old, yet he looks like my side of the family otherwise.
