This design is way too on the nose. One of the best things about the Joker was that even tho he was completely insane and over the top, his reasoning’s for doing what he did were the most subtle out of all the Batman villains.

I’ve been both to varying degrees, I no longer have time for it like I did when I was still in school, but I still pop into some of the forums for better mods and keep an eye out for good work. I don’t actually use much in the way of mods any more as I barely have enough time to play games without them.

I think that you think that it goes against the “ethos” of modding is because there hasn’t been a good way of charging/receiving payment for mods. I’m sure if it was available from the very start, the status quo would have been paid mods.

Sakurai is the game creator we need. Yet I don’t think he’s the one we deserve.

I can’t say I expected anything different from someone who thinks poisoning the well is a viable form of protest.

I guess you could say it's a popularity contest. But lets face facts here:
The reason the Lin Kuei are have so many members is because they're so...

(I still have no idea who Britt McHenry is, and I’ve looked into it.)

now people will find the next character to complain about :P

It seems, to me, that Valve actually neglected titles in order to continue to support TF2. This guy is... well, I'm just going to go with exaggerating.

It's that they have neglected the competitive side of Tf2 and focused on the silliness of its PIXAR style.

Of course they support it, it makes them a lot of money with fucking cosmetics/crates valve update support is only to keep the micro transaction money flowing, they barely listen to what the community wants & constantly fuck up.

Valve wants to make money. That's all they care about.

Did you miss the train to what happened with EOTL?.... The excuse that the map was too confusing was bullshit.

The problem is Valve's idea of support is more hats.

TF2 has a competitive community, and I'm a member from the South American one. We have FBTF for mostly Brazilian, Chilean and Argentine teams; Oz Fortress for Oceania teams; Asia Fortress for the Asian teams; ETF2L for EU teams; ESEA for EUA (last time I checked, I don't know if they still are playing on ESEA); and

i don't know, every server I go on, half the team is idling for hats while the other half is asking for whatever new item you got for pre-ordering whatever game.

Facepunch member _charon here: That video is full of misinformation, VNN needs to do more fact-checking. No one making this mod is against what Valve is doing; we here at Facepunch get grouchy that they're slow and silent all the time, but we're in full support of them.

Honestly, I'd be fine if Valve stopped updating TF2 (minus fixes) to work on TF3 or some other game. TF2 is an old horse with a heavy load and it probably deserves a break. Give me something fresh and focused that doesn't have a hundred weapons, half-baked game modes, and isn't based on a 10 year old engine.

I said original theatrical release Lucas made his first edits before the movie had been out 1 year. Lucas backed up by Speilberg have stated that no original copies of epi 4 and5 exist. No more original intro to epi 4 with Luke looking up with and seeing the space battle. There is even a reference to it still in the
