Normally I’m not the type who feels the need to get a game at launch, but I’m very tempted with this one because I’m worried if I wait too long the online scene will be too small to justify the purchase...

Well, the tablet ties in directly to a number of gameplay functions... I feel like even if the game allowed the use of the pro controller a lot of players would still gravitate to the tablet because it allows the player to do things like super jump to other players easily at a quick tap, instead of having to open up a

Stuff like this is why I can’t bring myself to invest in DC Comics stories... I remember the original Crisis was intended to streamline and simplify the comics world of DC... but within months it was clear that it simply created more plot holes and shenanigans. Every time something like this comes along it’s intended

Wow these are some ugly faces. How is it that the artist managed to get the nondescript character in the background to look right but everyone else looks so terrible? They have a really bad imbalance between realistic details and stylized expression.

This seems interesting... I wonder how much this breaks immersion in the game. Crappy or shallow games often have product placement in them, but I wonder how distracting it is in a game of actual substance. I guess the best example was when Metal Gear had those obnoxious Axe and Doritoes tie-ins that were just so out

Does this figure actually light up or was that effect just done for the picture?

Now playing

That’s not even the buffest he’s been....

I wonder how many rounds it took to capture each of these... It’s interesting how rarely most of the opponents attack since after the AI gets above a certain level it starts to act more defensively. So many of the AI opponents clearly have no setting for dealing with an opponent who just stands there doing nothing.

“Even wilder, he was responsible for temporarily shutting down Space Mountain at Disneyland last year, netting him counts of harassment, extortion, uttering threats, breach of recognizance, and seven separate counts of mischief.”

I just thought of another one... I actually prefer to play Smash Bros. in For Fun mode, because I enjoy the chaos of the larger stages and all the craziness the weapons can bring. However, I’ve largely been playing in For Glory mode because For Fun mode is way more likely to have people screwing around in some way

I forget which gym leader it was in Omega Ruby, but there was one that I struggled with because they had a single pokemon that kept using confuse ray on my pokemon. I didn’t bother to heal it because I had my whole team still on hand, but they managed to wipe my entire team simply because every one of them became

I remember when I was working at Wal-Mart there was a demo PS3 with a broken controller. I overheard someone in the electronics department asking a manager about replacing the controller, but apparently they’re not allowed to. The demo kiosks are licensed or something and the stores aren’t allowed to remove or replace

For me my biggest Rage Quit was playing Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. The game, for the most part, isn’t particularly hard. But the touch screen controls can be very finnicky... Tapping the screen is intended to give a quick sword slash, but if you hold it down just a little too long Link instead walks toward the

And now we see what happens when the skinner box pays off with every button press...

Yeah just selling his cat was a messed up thing to do, but I was shocked at how casually he mentioned his stupidly-racist opinion that apparently a family is willing to pay the price of the PS3 just for the privilege of using cat... which would ultimately give them less meat than a decent sized chicken you could

Lol nothing says artistic integrity like creating something that only functions if you own a plethora of apple products.

lol I was gonna say the same thing...

“But we were so close!” *bangs head on sign in despair*

I’ll have to make a note to snag this when it comes out. The only Dragonquest game I’ve actually played is DQ9, and I didn’t really care for it... for whatever reason it was structured more like an MMO than a traditional JRPG, which made the story fairly weak and the gameplay felt clearly designed to extend the life
