Ah, I'm the other way around. I liked Ghost of Sparta (for its gameplay, the story was weaker though), but I found Chains of Olympus to be the weaker entry. I thought the enemies got cheap far too often in CoO. The visual jump between the two is also pretty damn drastic.

Ready At Dawn is an independent studio and their PSP games have been some of the best regarded games out there, their GOW games in particular are really great.

You mean the PSP games, and those were great. Chains of Olympus arguably had its problems (mainly balance related), but Ghost of Sparta is one of the best looking and playing GoW's made.

I don't know how I feel about this whole thing. Something tells me Ken sacked everyone at Irrational so he could lay off the busywork of dealing with a major third party developer and dedicate more time to working on his screenplay work and keep games as a side venture. Which, creatively I understand... But if true?

"Fine" must mean something else to you.

Right, I don't disagree at all with the argument that they're accommodating to some of their tourists, they obviously are! But in this specific case, I think my point is fair. While I think it's not humanly possible to accommodate ~every~ language, there are pros to learning or using the one that most countries use

ok, lets see if i can simplify this further for you.

"Fine"... this is the highest standard?

Iwata is desperate.

Wii U exclusive too. >_>

Which is fine, but the point was about English speakers, not Chinese and Korean tourists. So again, the whole "People who don't speak English also visit Japan and they're accommodated!" argument is an unrelated tangent. The whole point of this article and the OP's post was about English-speakers. At no point did I

Except that, English is the most widely spread language in the world. More countries in the world use English as a secondary or primary language than any other. Mandarin is the most spoken language in the world by virtue of it being the primary language of a nation with more than 1 billion inhabitants.

No worries, honest mistake!

I don't give a shit if a game is 30 or 60fps, they both play fine. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys a game based on its framerate.

Also, I'm HISPANIC. So, I'm NOT "anglo-centric." But nice try.

Dude, LEARN TO READ. I did not say Japan should only cater to English-only tourists. You're the only person who seemingly wants to make this a matter of exclusivity, as my post was in reply to a person WHO SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ENGLISH, not Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese, etc. You seem to have missed the point of my post

The Windows key and sticky keys pop-ups are the bane of a PC gamer's existence.

Because I'm not bothered by playing games at 30fps. And none of the games you mentioned were developed by SCEI, they were developed and/or published by SOE, the only Sony subsidiary that develops and publishes on PC. Also, Payday is not a Sony game.

Um, considering the original post was about English and not Chinese, I don't see how me not mentioning Chinese is relevant. I didn't say they couldn't include other languages.

And it's The Order: 1886 you'll never get to play. :)
