Is the right rear tire flat also? It looks flat for the brief second you can see the bottom at the beginning, then when you can see the upper half it appears to be wobbling the way you'd expect a tire with no air to.

There is a section of town not far from here that a friend and I refer to as "Parkville Auto Parts". Until scrap got so high it was *the* place to dump junk cars. We both got a lot of useful stuff there. My buddy even met a guy who was stripping stuff off the abandoned cars & selling it on ebay.

That engine pic is either of a completely different van, or possibly of the same van pre-camino conversion.

Propane conversions are street-legal in the US too, if not common. You can use either specifically designed parts, or in a lot of cases forklift parts. All you have to do is make sure the tank vents outside the car.

That's my friend's Civic 4WD wagon. Bought as a beater, he repaired & POR-15 sealed the rust, painted it industrial safety green & turned into an artcar. It's currently awaiting new brakes & front axles to get it back on the road.
