But the resolution of an Imax release print is more like 4-6k after the opticals & printing process. 4K digital is more like the mp3 of Imax kinda like their non giant screen Imax theatres.... hopefully they are exploring higher resolution sensors than the ones they are, AFAIK, using from the Phantom.
