I will never attempt to read Joyce again. It was required in AP English and everyone was dreading it because the book has a reputation that precedes itself. I tried to approach it with an open mind, read half of it, and ended up using Cliff Notes like everyone else because it was just painful to read.

I read a few Toni Morrison books in my AP English class and quite a bit of British classics by women writers (Austen, Bronte). We also had Harlem Renaissance periods in our regular high school English classes where your reading requirements were Native Son and Black Boy. Think I read them in 10th and 11th grade…

I will never understand the hat, sweatshirt, shorts, and flip-flop phenomenon. Added bonus if that sweatshirt is hooded (down of course), heathered gray, and from a college someone else went to...with ray-bans, even though there is nary a sunray.

I turned 30 ages ago. Is she just sad because of her age, because it’s such a do nothing age. The fact that she’s turned it into a super-spreader event because she’s so self-centered, that says a lot more about you than your age. Age it relative.  As someone said below, fine her based on her income.

Yep. I just make sure the wire is pinched well, high on the bridge of my nose and the mask is tucked well underneath my glasses, no problems. Also, I loop the mask’s ear elastics around the arms of my glasses so they don’t slip and/or fall off.

Considering location/gas as well, out of all the traditional grocery stores close to me, Wegmans is always the all-around cheapest, name brand or store brand. In my region, we have Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Giant Food, Safeway, Food Lion, H-Mart, TJs, Costco, BJs, and Aldi (the one close to me sucks).

I ate almost an entire bag of spicy nacho doritos because I’m an adult...my kitchen is being remodeled and I didn’t want to go out or order delivery. Demo started the day after the election, so it’s been a great distraction.
