It’s low right now, but those figures do not include people that have simply given up and stopped looking for work, which is sizeable. So yeah, it’s still not great out there and it’s misleading to a lot of people who don’t understand how the DoL comes up with their labor statistics.

I trust the employees applying make-up to a customer’s face, they are trained to use sanitary methods for this exact risk (spreading disease and germs). It’s just those people using“common-use” samples that I question. Anyone in their right mind knows to apply them to your arm and not your face, not only for the germ…

I also watch Jackie Aina. I trust her. Did you see her vid on the owner of I.T. Cosmetics? That was...amazing. Also they have a shitty range for darker skin tones that end up looking ashy/muddy but that woman wanted to talk about being inclusive?? Gurl, BYE. She did the bare minimum and Aina called her out on it.

I’ve always wanted to go to that house. I have a thing for eccentric women with money (in my area it’s the Hillwood Estate). It just looks bizarre/amazing and is kind of low-key inspiring for a woman to have that kind of control and ownership (I know money afforded her that, but still...)
