Only use this if you only want to look at the footage on your mobile screen. I thought it would be ok to use for my VR goggles or on my laptop screen and that resolution stretched out looks crappy. By now there are better options if you’re trying to capture important memories.

Yep, I lucked out when they were clearing out the Harmony Hub and Smart Keyboard bundle on the deal sites. It looks like they don’t sell that bundle anymore, but it’s great for HTPCs. The hub gave me app control over my motorized projector screen that only worked via IR originally - except the Harmony app is ass.

Right - I forgot they were trikes! Although, they didn’t seem to be that much bigger than the karts we drove during the Maricar tour we did a few months ago.

In SF there are go carts of this size that you can rent for a tour out of the Pier 39 tourist area. They've been running for awhile.

I care less that these are getting smaller (since I store it in the plastic tub that is the thing I sous vide in anyway. What I DO want in an upgrade are devices that will be able to chill the bath throughout the day AND THEN start heating a few hours before I get home, and/or get the water from what comes out of my

This was my first trip out there, but luckily I toured w/ my buddies who knew their way around and showed us the ropes at the beginning of the trip. When they had to leave halfway through, us newbies were left trying to figure out the subway system and everything else - but luckily there were awesome people we met in

IKR - It’s not hard to enjoy your time there and still be respectful of the rules and people!

When we went in June, it was walking distance from our capsule hotel, so every chance I got I’d get over to outer market for a bowl of otoro or flame-grilled oysters and abalone (among other treats). I’m glad I took a ton of

We love Frank so much we use his McFarlane figure as our Christmas Angel come the holidays, lol.

Are you going to Tokyo? If so, I highly suggest you do the Mario Kart tour (you’ll need to register and bring an International Driver’s License for this). It was one of the best things we did on my recent trip with 5 of my buddies. We scheduled our 3 hour tour right at sunset and we drove over the Rainbow bridge as

I’ve been hoping someone with influence would get the idea to make a prequel spinoff of Killmonger during his time coming up in special forces.

If you live in SF, beloved Mitchell’s is also celebrating their 65th Anniversary this Sunday: https://mitchellsicecream.com/ . It’s only $2 off per cone, though - probably because they have to pay that high-ass SF overhead.
Also, it doesn’t do MY family much good because when we roll out there we buy buckets not just

I tried it the other week - it’s neat, but I realized there’s not really a use case for me. If I’m home, I’d prefer to be sitting either in front of one of my gargantuan screens or wearing my VR headset.

My problem is spending a ton of time on a game, then get busy IRL, come back to game and lost AF and don’t know how far I am and what I was supposed to do next.

My sister is Filipina and married a Caucasian man and they moved to a predominantly white community “for the better schools”. She would joke about how she’d go to functions with the kids (who look more white than biracial) and kept getting mistaken as the Asian Nanny.

I actually prefer the CD slot holder, because I don’t use discs anymore since I use my phone for all music and podcasts and the only buttons I need are power, volume, and source, which are easy to get access to. I don’t use it in my vehicle though, because my stereo is at the very bottom of the console and a terrible

I’ve literally gone through dozens of wireless pointing devices, from gyroscopic air-mice to regular desktop-type mice to control my HTPCs. I always go back to this. The shape of the part you hold feels like a regular remote control and your thumb naturally feels at home moving cursor around on the optical pad. It’s

Are we going to have to stop accepting updates in order to utilize this if it ever becomes available? I know my buddy at work is working on some homebrew tools - but according to him there’s a certain firmware that you need to be at as the exploit that made this possible was closed after a recent update.
