They were on a plane. And most of this was mid-flight. FBI has jurisdiction.

Most telling part of the Us statement that Jaime definitely made was about how he could hypothetically be exploiting her for “millions,” but isn’t. Classic abuser argument. I’m not doing ::insert even worse things:: so there’s nothing wrong with my behavior.
Ugh, the cringe on that is just extreme. I don’t know what options Sam has, but calling your partner’s parent a dick on social media is basically never going to be a choice I endorse.
Greta puts every assassin in every book and movie to shame. She has the patience of the crocodile and the stealth of the cat.
Yeah, I’m always talking about how I need to get in better shape, and hope that if I finally do get around to it isn’t seen as some huge red-flag change.
It’s not just men though. My friend’s wife really got into crossfit in the end of their marriage.
Can I use this as an excuse to get out of going to the gym?
Hah...yea, I got the ol evil eye when that nugget of wisdom came on as I am currently trying to lose the quarantine weight with diet and exercise.
I read this in Jeff Foxworthy’s voice.
hahaha... I was watching this with my fiance, and I started hitting the gym (age 41) about 6 months ago... when this section of the movie came on, I got some serious side eye. Thankfully mine was health related and she knows this. I think she does... shit... I gotta go...
That female investigator/interrogator was amazing. She did such a good job at playing the semi-compassionate, empathetic role, but cajoling him into giving up the details.
I knew my ex was cheating when he started trimming his pubes.
Will NOT be showing this comment to the Mrs. ;p
Shanann and Chris’ relationship confused me. Was he just the type to promise and gaslight in texts but just couldn’t muster up the genuine affection in person? Was he just staving off her disappointment & heartbreak by replying to texts so “sweetly”? Were the film makers alluding to Shanann’s obsession with…
This doc was really well done. I liked the whole take on no interviews, and everything told and unfolded via Facebook video, phone video, news archive and police body/interview camera. Then the few time/date slates they put on screen. Information wise, it was all pretty rote and typical murder story, until you got to…
I never heard of Chris and Shanann Watts before this movie was released. I went in completely cold, and as such, I felt extremely gullible. I believed every
“revelation” in the movie as it unfolded. It’s a very effective movie.
add this to my growing list of “interesting documentaries that are WAY too heavy to watch knee-deep in a pandemic and possibly democracy-killing election cycle”.
We watched this last night and I can’t even fathom what in the fucking holy hell was going on in this dudes head. I just can’t. As a father of (too many) children, let alone those baby girls... oh man... made me rage inside, and at the same time think what could snap in someone’s head to make them do such a thing.
