Yeah they were just for effect. I was in the upper bowl so I didn’t get affected like the people in the lower level during the Orton match. But it felt like the lights they used for entrances and whatnot were especially annoying.

I haven't watched it again, but I just remember him flopping and not getting up, haha. So that could explain it. It just looked weird. Even my friend watching at home texted me like wtf.

Alsp why is nobody talking about Randy Orton's flop when AJ Styles lost his balance when getting ready to jump off the rope?

There were several comments by multiple people on that topic. They were annoying, but they seemed to get better as the night went on.

We drove in from the Lehigh Valley, so didn’t need to worry. Actually leaving didn’t take that long! Very well organized.

I was there last night, and that pin made me really confused in terms of who actually got pinned until the music came on. And it was so quick and random.

Not sure if this is the time and place, but he was mad entertaining to watch during those 2 10 day contracts with Philly earlier in the year.

Yes. Bautista is #1 uncontested of all time.

I want a player one day to just release the bat immediately after impact, jettisoning it into the opposing player dugout. (without anybody getting injured, of course) That player probably wouldn’t even get around the bases before getting mugged.

Oh man, that was glorious. Maybe this is the #1 heel turn bat flip of all time.

But that ball was a definite no-doubt-about-it, so it was a high-profile peacock job.

The nonchalant “Fuck You”-edness is incredible.

I want that bat flip as a Deadspin HoF nominee.

Where's Dan McQuade when you need him?!

UPDATE: Nationals ded. K-i-l-t by Bryce Harper's monster post-moonshot bat flip.

First Johnny Football gets banned from 2 leagues, now he’s shuttering entire sports?

I heard each player is being compensated with Fyre Festival 2 tickets, for what it’s worth.

But does that sell clickbait? I think not.

Drury shot first.
