I have the opinion that you are a worthless piece of shit. You can't say anything about that or you're trampling on my freedom to have my own views.

I think you're splitting hairs. The Warrior's comic is crazy and over the top. Pointing out other things that were crazy and over the top doesn't make his comic any less so. And most of this article is made up of direct, in-context quotes from the man himself and people who knew him. I don't think any part of this

Nnnnnnnnope. The idea that death earns you respect is horseshit.

Everyone is honoring him for those things. This article is the lone voice of opposition. It's the one basically saying, "Hey, if we're going to celebrate the good, it's dishonest not to lament the bad as well." You want fluff pieces praising him? Hit Google, they're fucking everywhere. You going to slam them for

Death never improved an asshole.

I don't see why it has to wait. We have to let everyone pretend he was a decent guy for a couple days before we drag them back to reality?

The point was that the Warrior was an insane dick. I think he made it pretty thoroughly. Or rather, Warrior himself made the point, and the author just posted his own words.

isnt it worse to lie about someone being a good person just because they are dead? Since when did dying make you a better person. Part of his legacy and remembering him is knowing that he wasn't someone to worship or think of as a hero. Just another entertainer with a huge ego and a closet full of demons.

I was going to post something similar in his death thread but I didn't want to be disrespectful. But I'm glad someone said it. It's weird and kind of creepy to see people tearfully memorializing a children's character the guy played, when by all accounts he was an ahole.

I know new Kinja has made a lot of (terrible) changes, but I'm pretty sure the pound sign has no effect here and that it does not require a subscription.

Who the fuck are you? The fucking Thought Police?

The occasion of a person's death is the perfect time to remember their life. If that person's life was full of embarrassing bullshit, that's not the fault of the one remembering, but the one being remembered.

As quickly as that happened a dive to the right would have meant taking a cement truck to the driver's door and a much worse outcome.

Semantics, bro. Not that I care whether you're with me and I don't disagree with you at all nor was any of what I wrote or what my mom meant to discount or disrespect that but how exactly do you think Warrior, Cena, Hogan or any of these guys ever cash a single check without millions of kids flipping on their tv &

Who's cutting the onions?

Bootstraps, amirite?

Little dusty in here. Great story.
